Ordering & Downloads

Q: How do I purchase and download a product?
A: Simply add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your download link. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your Q Up Arts account.

Q: Do you ship physical products?
A: No. All Q Up Arts products are digital downloads. This means you’ll get instant access to your purchase—no waiting, no shipping costs.

Q: What formats are available?
A: We offer libraries in multiple formats including Kontakt, Apple Logic Sampler, WAV/AIFF, REX, and more. Format availability is listed on each product page.

Compatibility & Requirements

Q: Do I need Kontakt to use your products?
A: Many of our libraries are built for Native Instruments Kontakt.

  • Titles made for the Kontakt Free Player will appear in the left-side browser of Kontakt and are authorized through Native Instruments’ Native Access app.

  • Titles that require the full version of Kontakt will not appear in the left-side browser but can be loaded through the Quick Load panel.

  • For maximum flexibility, we also provide WAV/AIFF versions of many instruments, which work in all DAWs and samplers.

Q: Will your products work in my DAW?
A: Yes. If your DAW supports Kontakt, WAV/AIFF, or the format listed for the specific product, you’ll be able to integrate Q Up Arts sounds into your sessions without issue.

Licensing & Usage

Q: Can I use Q Up Arts sounds in my commercial projects?
A: Yes. All purchases include a royalty-free license, which means you can freely use our sounds in your own music, film scores, video games, and other productions without paying additional fees.

However, there are important restrictions:
❌ You may not resell, share, or redistribute the raw samples.
❌ You may not re-publish or integrate our sounds into any other sample library, sound library, or music library.
❌ You may not scrape, re-synthesize, or use our sounds in any AI training or generation applications.

Technical Support

Q: My download link isn’t working—what should I do?
A: Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see your download or experience a broken link, contact us at support@quparts.com and we’ll resend your files.

Q: Can I re-download my products later?
A: Yes. Purchases are tied to your account, so you can log in and re-download at any time.

Sales & Refunds

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because our products are delivered as digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds once a purchase has been completed. We encourage you to review all system requirements and product details carefully before buying.
